     *How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, your tracking information will be sent to you via email. Any questions, call 386-473-7363



     *When will my order ship?

Orders ship out within 72 hours.



     *Can I change or cancel my order?

We do our best to process all orders within 24 business hours or less. If you need to make a change to your order, please call 386-473-7363 immediately after placing your order and we'd be happy to assist you in making any changes, provided your order has not yet shipped. Once the order has been shipped, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED.



     *If I am a local customer, can I pick-up my order at the boutique?

Yes, you can purchase online and pick-up at the store to save shipping charges. When making your purchase online, select "local" in the shopping cart, and shipping charges will not be applied.
